When is the Primordial General Mayhem taking place?
Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd April 2022

Where is the Primordial General Mayhem taking place?
Lincolnshire Showground (Epic Centre)

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Both! This is a hybrid event with all music taking place indoors but with outdoor camping and glamping available.

Do I need to buy an admission ticket with Just Rock Up?
Yes. You will need to purchase a Weekend Ticket.

Do I need to buy a Parking Ticket if I have bought Just Rock Up?
No.

Do I need to buy a Parking Ticket if I have bought a Campervan & Caravan Ticket?
No.

Do I need to purchase a Parking Ticket with a Weekend / Weekend + Camping Ticket?
Yes. If you plan to park up and not arrive via taxi or public transport, you’ll need to purchase a Parking Ticket but not if you’re arriving via taxi or public transport.

Accessibility
If you have any accessibility needs, please make them known to [email protected] and we will do everything we can to help. The main event area is on a level, hard standing ground except for the camping area which will be on grass. There will be a viewing platform inside the stage space so do let us know if you would like to make use of this.

My 10% discount wasn’t applied at checkout?
Your discount is already accounted for as part of the ticket price when buying through us.

Are we able to arrive on the Thursday to camp up?
No. The plan is to have arrival on Friday, but we will open at 9:00am on Friday with the first band on at 16:30.

Can I park next to my tent?
No. There will be no parking allowed next to tents, there will be separate fields for camping and parking, except for disabled campers who can park next to their tents.

Campsite Facilities available
There is a large field for camping with toilet blocks, showers and drinking water points.

Can I bring my campervan/caravan?
Both are welcome but spots for campervans are now sold out.

What happens if we are not camping?
You are welcome to attend for a day by purchasing a day ticket, if parking you will also need to purchase a parking day pass.

Under 16 Tickets
If you are bringing an under 16 they must have a ticket of their own.

Can I pay for my ticket when I arrive?
If we have any tickets left, yes you can pay at the box office.

What food vendors do you have?
We have a variety of food vendors to cater for everyone’s needs, please find these – Here

Will there be recycling points?
There will be waste bins and recycling bins, but we ask that you try and take home whatever waste/recycling you can and leave the camping area/venue as you found it in.

Can we make our own fire pit?
There are to be no open fires or fire pits as per the venue’s regulations.

BBQ’s/Cooking
Only Gas or Solid Fuel (hex block style) cooking equipment please (No petrol, charcoal, wood, disposable BBQ)

Can we bring our own food and drink?
You are welcome to bring your own supplies, but we just ask that you keep them to your camping area and respect the event and vendors there. You will not be allowed your own alcohol within the bar/hall/merch/vendor areas and will be asked to dispose of any cans etc before entering The Epic Centre.

Can I bring glass bottles?
Strictly no glass bottles.

What drinks will you have available?
The fantastic Tom’s Tap & Brewhouse & Ascencion Cider will be running the bar again and will have a full list of beers, ciders, ales, etc available soon.

How do we pay for food/drink/merch?
We strongly recommend using card, but cash is also accepted.

Age Restrictions/Valid ID
There is no age restriction for the weekend but all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The bars will run the Challenge 25 Policy so if you are wanting to purchase alcohol, please make sure you have a valid photo ID with you. The licensing accounts for the entire venue so if anyone is found underage drinking anywhere on site then they may be asked to leave.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed, except for guide dogs.
