Once your order has been placed:

If you order early enough before we go to the pub, say 4ish, we’ll do our best to process the orders that very same day. Worst case scenario it’ll go the next day the post office is open.

The people in our post office are ultra miserable and they’re going to love me rocking up with multiple packages every day. If you’re becoming embittered or impatient about your order, please remind yourself we’re not Amazon, and don’t yet have a fleet of delivery drones.

UK orders will be sent second class and should be with you within 4 days of ordering.

International Orders should be with you within 15 working days.

Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our service, or indeed our attitude we will refund you.

Just return in unused condition (no mystery stains!) in which it was sold within 14 days of receipt for all UK orders.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
