We are excited to announce our support for our charity partner, Metal For Good, during this year’s Primordial General Mayhem happening on the 26th and 27th of April at KK’s Steel Mill in Wolverhampton.

It’s a great opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy great live music, and support a noble cause.

Support Through Donation

Metal For Good is dedicated to using music as a transformative power to better lives. They offer grants to community projects that harness the joy and connectivity of music. This year, they’re running a special pre-loved merch and clothing charity drive during the PGM, and your participation could make a huge difference!

Wondering how to contribute? It’s simple: dig through your wardrobe for any old band merch, patches, or denim and leather jackets (Looking at you 80’s Dads) that you no longer use. Instead of letting them collect dust and regret from that extra drink you definitely shouldn’t have had, bring them to the PGM, look for the Metal For Good stand at KK’s Steel Mill and drop off your items there.

By doing this, you’re not just clearing out your wardrobe; you’re participating in a cycle of generosity that benefits a variety of community projects.

Primordial General Mayhem

Where Your Donations Go

What happens to your donated items? They find new homes and continue to spread the love for music. Metal For Good ensures that all donations are either sold through their eBay store or featured at their heavy metal thrift store.

The thrift store, features at some of the UK’s biggest music festivals during the summer, offering fans a chance to grab unique finds while supporting a good cause.

Every purchase made from these sales channels directly funds Metal For Good’s initiatives, with all proceeds helping to empower people through the power of music. Whether it’s providing instruments to underprivileged kids or funding music therapy sessions for those in need, your contributions play a vital role.

Join us this April to not only experience the electrifying atmosphere of the Primordial General Mayhem but also to contribute to a movement that uses the power of music to ignite positive changes in the community.

Bring your pre-loved items, enjoy the music, and know that every patch, jacket, or band tee dropped off at the MFG stand helps someone experience the power of music. Let’s make a difference together, one riff at a time!
