Metallica guitarist James Hetfield and Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford recently took some time to watch Turnstile live and instantly became fans of the band (Watch Below).
Turnstile has seen significant growth in popularity over the past few years. Their 2021 album, “Glow On,” reached No. 30 on the US Billboard 200 and was featured on numerous year-end lists, highlighting their rising popularity. The band has also been steadily climbing the ranks of major festival lineups.
Turnstile’s Rising Popularity
It was pretty obvious that they were becoming more and more popular when a huge crowd showed up to see Turnstile play at Norway’s Tons Of Rock festival. Metallica guitarist James Hetfield and Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford were spotted enjoying the show from the side of the stage. It’s awesome to see the older rock legends backing the new generation.
