Big Boy Bloater has launched a crowdfunding campaign to bring his first new album in nearly seven years, Dirty Disco Blues, to life. Following his last release, Pills, Bloater is eager to share 10 brand-new tracks with his fans, but he needs community support to make it happen by the November 30th deadline.
Here’s how the campaign works: fans can pledge €15 (around £12), and if enough supporters join to reach the funding target, the album will go into production with a January release date. As an extra perk, supporters can choose to receive a signed copy of the CD. However, if the target isn’t met by the deadline, pledges won’t be charged, and the album won’t move forward—meaning Bloater’s latest work stays unreleased.
For fans and blues enthusiasts wanting to be part of this project, now is the time to lend a hand and spread the word. Big Boy Bloater is calling on his supporters to help bring Dirty Disco Blues to life, reminding them that, together, they can make this album a reality.
