While most people were enjoying Super Bowl Sunday with traditional snacks and gatherings, Dave Grohl, rock legend and all-around good guy, dedicated a portion of his time to volunteer at The Woodlands Family Shelter in Woodland Hills, California. Their involvement was part of a barbecue event organized in collaboration with Hope of the Valley, a non-profit organization.

Their efforts culminated in the preparation of 70 pork butts. This initiative was part of a broader effort to provide warm meals to those in need. Hope of the Valley recognized this contribution through an Instagram post (Watch Below).

In the Instagram post, Hope of the Valley wrote, “Thank you to Dave and his friends from his studio for hanging out with us and spreading love through a hot meal.”
