Scottish rock collective North Atlas is set to host an exclusive 1-hour radio special on Primordial Radio, featuring Leon Hunter and Cam Hunter. The duo will delve into their exploration of Scottish traditions, sharing their deep fascination with ancient rituals and the cultural heritage that inspires their music.
During the special, they will also discuss their passion for history and ancient cultures, hinting at the possibility of releasing a debut album and collaborating with other artists. The guys also look ahead to their upcoming tour dates and the overwhelming support they’ve received from their dedicated fans.

Speaking about exploring Scottish Folklore in their music and the upcoming tour, Leon and Cam state:
One of the fun things is talking to people about it after our shows because it opens up a dialogue about Scottish folklore. We get a chance to talk to people about Scottish folklore that they might not have heard of otherwise. It’s a great opportunity.
It’s like a catalyst for learning more about it and exploring it, bringing it into a modern context. It’s not in some stuffy museum; it’s on stage in a contemporary venue.
We use these interesting images, and that’s the most powerful thing about it to – to really articulate the music. The visual element adds an extra layer of thrill to it. We really view it as an extension of the music, a way to articulate the feelings in the lyrics. There’s a lot of intensity.
It’s very humbling to know that people want to come out and see North Atlas, be involved with these events, enjoy the music, and talk to us, becoming part of the North Atlas community. It’s such an honour, we’re truly humbled by it. It’s incredible.
