Is my ticket still valid?

Your ticket remains valid, and your digital ticket will be sent to the email address you purchased with on Thursday 9th September. With two-year-old tickets & emails, we wanted to get things right before sending out tickets again, we appreciate your patience. Any previous tickets you received will not be valid, you will need the new ticket. Please make sure to check your spam / junk folders if you have not received your ticket.

What measures are in place due to Covid-19?

Please visit our Covid Policy here for all information regarding our Covid measures and requirements.

Is the line-up still the same?

Yup the line-up remains intact with Skindred, Terrorvision, Borders, Hands Off Gretel and Carry The Crown all confirmed to perform.

What is happening Friday night?

Friday is party night! We will be having a variety of the Primordial Radio team blasting the tunes and perhaps even a Tedbangers Ball set…

Event Timings

Please find event timings – Here

Is the location the same?

Yep, we will be at the Lincolnshire Showgrounds at the Epic Centre. Address – Lincolnshire Showground, Grange-de-Lings, Lincoln. LN2 2NA UK.

Site Map

Please find the site map – Here

Are there any changes to the setup? Camping, Just Rock Up, Campervan facilities etc?

Due to the Exhibition Hall still operating as a vaccine centre, camping, and parking will be in a different location on the Showgrounds, this will be clearly marked out on our site map in due course.

Can I park next to my tent?

Due to the increase in size of the AGM and camping being in a different location on the Showgrounds, there will be no parking allowed next to tents, there will be separate fields for camping and parking, except for disabled campers who can park next to their tents.

Campsite Facilities available

There are toilet blocks, showers and drinking water points. Power hook-up for your campervan is available on request at an additional price.

What food vendors do you have?

We have a variety of food vendors to cater for everyone’s needs, please find these – Here

Will there be recycling points?

There will be waste bins and recycling bins, but we ask that you try and take home whatever waste/recycling you can and leave the camping area/venue as you found it in.

Can we make our own fire pit?

There are to be no open fires or fire pits as per the venue’s regulations.

BBQ’s/Cooking

Only Gas or Solid Fuel (hex block style) cooking equipment please (No petrol, charcoal, wood, disposable BBQ)

Can I bring my campervan/caravan?

Both are welcome but you will need to purchase a camper/caravan ticket from the webstore in addition to your ticket.

As an example:

If you bring a camper /caravan, want an electrical hook-up and have 2 people you will need to order:

– 2 x AGM weekend camping tickets

– 1 x Camper/caravan ticket

– 1 x Power hook-up ticket

What happens if we are not camping?

Once again you are welcome from 3pm on Friday. There will be a separate field for parking, and you are welcome to keep it there for the weekend if getting taxis to hotels etc.

Under 16 Tickets

If you are bringing an under 16 they must have a ticket of their own.

“Why do I need a ticket if their entry is free?” We need to know in advance the number of under 16s attending as they account for the capacity limit above.

Can I pay for my ticket when I arrive?

We have less than 40 tickets available, so it is likely the event will be sold out by September. Grab them now to avoid missing out!

Accessibility
If you have any accessibility needs, please make them known to [email protected] and we will try to help as best we can. The main event area is on a level, hard standing ground except for the camping area which will be on grass. There will be a viewing platform inside the stage space so do let us know if you would like to make use of this.

Can we bring our own food and drink?

You are welcome to bring your own supplies, but we just ask that you keep them to your camping area and respect the event and vendors there. You will not be allowed your own alcohol within the bar/hall/merch/vendor areas and will be asked to dispose of any cans etc before entering The Epic Centre.

Can I bring glass bottles?
Strictly no glass bottles.

What drinks will you have available?
The fantastic Tom’s Tap & Brewhouse & Ascencion Cider will be running the bar again and will have a full list of beers, ciders, ales, etc available soon.

How do we pay for food/drink/merch?

As part of our Covid measures, we strongly recommend using card, but cash is also accepted.

Are previous years tokens still valid?

We will honour any beer tokens bought at previous AGM’s and these can be used at the bar, but we will not be issuing any new tokens.

Age Restrictions/Valid ID

There is no age restriction for the weekend but all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The bars will run the Challenge 25 Policy so if you are wanting to purchase alcohol, please make sure you have a valid photo ID with you. The licensing accounts for the entire venue so if anyone is found underage drinking anywhere on site then they may be asked to leave.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed, except for guide dogs.

Not the Last Word

As things continue to develop, the above is subject to change, and we will keep you updated should any changes occur.
