Primordial Radio AGM  2020– FAQ’s

Update 11th August 2020

Due to the ongoing situation in relation to the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) we must sadly confirm the postponement of the Annual General Mayhem 2020.

As we continue to feel the impact from the pandemic, we are committed to make sure that when the AGM does take place, it can do so in a safe environment and be the show we all want it to be.

We advise everyone to continue to follow all the necessary guidelines from the public health officials.

The re-scheduled date for the AGM will be Saturday 18th September 2021 at the Lincolnshire Showgrounds (Epic Centre).

Please find below the FAQ’s for the AGM.  You can find the Long Road To Brewin’ FAQ here.

If you still need assistance, please email

Is my ticket still valid?

Your ticket remains valid and we will re-issue a new ticket for you once we have processed all refunds. Any old tickets for the April date will be void.

Is the line-up still the same?

We’re delighted to announce that we have kept the bill exactly the same as it is with Skindred, Terrorvision, Borders, Hands Off Gretel and Carry The Crown all confirmed for the rescheduled date.

Is the location the same?

Yep we will be at the Lincolnshire Showgrounds inside the warmth of the Epic Centre.

Are there any changes to the setup? Camping, Just Rock Up, Campervan facilities etc?

Nope, everything will remain the same.

I can’t make the new date; can I get a refund?

Yep, refunds are available at –  Please quote your order number and be aware that all refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

Will it be safe to attend due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)?

Whilst the UK and other areas of the world are currently experiencing an increase in cases, it is expected for these to decrease later in the year and for events to be safe again soon. We will be monitoring the situation closely and following the guidelines of Public Health Officials.

Isn’t October colder than April?

According to UK April temperatures average a daily high of 12 degrees Celsius whereas October temperatures average a daily high of 14 degrees so bring your shades and sun cream! 😉

What do you think was in that Danish? Think it was cheese?

We’ve got a little problem with cheese…

Will there be recycling points?

There will be waste bins and recycling bins but we ask that you try and take home whatever waste/recycling you can and leave the camping area/venue as you found it in.

Can we make our own fire pit?

There are to be no open fires or fire pits as per the venue’s regulations.

What happens if we aren’t camping.

Once again you are welcome on the Friday. There will be a separate field for parking, and you are welcome to keep it there for the weekend if getting taxis to hotels etc.

Can I pay for my ticket when I arrive?

If tickets aren’t sold out, there will be tickets available on the door.

Dogs on site

Dogs are welcome but only in the camping area (on a lead) and there will be a designated dog walk field.  No dogs are allowed in the arena area where all the food and bar is.

If you have any accessibility needs, please make them known to and we will try to help as best we can. The main event area is on a level, hard standing ground except for the camping area which will be on grass. There will be a viewing platform inside the stage space so do let us know if you would like to make use of this.

Can we bring our own food and drink?

You are welcome to bring your own supplies but we just ask that you keep it to your camping area and respect the event and vendors there. Please don’t drink your own beer within the bar/hall/merch areas and please try and keep the amount of glass on site to a minimum. Respect the Primordial Rules.

Only Gas or Solid Fuel (hex block style) cooking equipment please (No petrol, charcoal, wood, disposable BBQ)

How do we pay for food/drink/merch?

You will be able to buy drinks tokens and merch by cash or card. The food vendors vary between cash and card, this will be listed on the website. There won’t be any cash points on site though.

Age Restrictions/Valid ID

There is no age restriction for the weekend but all children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The bars will run the Challenge 21 Policy so if you are wanting to purchase alcohol please make sure you have a valid photo ID with you. The licencing accounts for the entire venue so if anyone is found underage drinking anywhere on site then they may be asked to leave.

Food Available

We’re currently in the process of confirming our food vendors but will be making sure to have a good variety of options

All stalls except for the bars will be taking payment individually. So please note whether they accept cash or card payments.

Can I help out at the AGM?

As we’ve always said we can’t do this without you and we’ll be looking for volunteers again for 2020 and will have more details on how to get involved soon.
