AGM 2021 – Covid Policy
Primordial Radio AGM Covid-19 Update
We are very excited to announce that following the Government announcement on 12th July that we are now into step four of the roadmap which allows for mass gatherings with no social distancing measures required, so the Primordial Radio AGM is officially GO!
Having been postponed twice before, we would like to take this moment to thank each and every one of you for your continued patience, support, and determination through this exceedingly difficult time. We would also like to thank all the artists, crew, and staff for their ongoing support and commitment to make the AGM happen.
Whilst the re-opening of live music is very much welcome and to be celebrated, it is clear we are still not fully out of the woods yet and we have always remained committed to re-opening, safely. With that in mind, we want to make sure our artists, crew, staff, and all attendees have a safe experience so we can all enjoy the AGM with as little worry as possible.

Our Covid measures are as follows:
Like many other events happening around the country, Primordial Radio will ask all AGM ticket holders aged 12 and over to demonstrate their COVID-19 Status before entering the venue by providing either:
- Proof of full vaccination – both doses received (With the second at least 14 days prior to the AGM) OR
- Proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test taken NO MORE THAN 36 hours before arrival at the AGM OR
- Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of the AGM (Including 10 days self-isolation following the result)
Download your Covid Pass via NHS App
If you are resident in England, you can show your status easily via the NHS COVID PASS on the NHS App. For more information on how to do this, please click here.
Coming from other parts of the UK?
Please click the links below on how to access your NHS COVID PASS.
For residents in Scotland
For residents in Wales
For residents in Northern Ireland
Note – Currently residents from Northern Ireland will be required to provide evidence of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test, by reporting the result here and presenting your NHS email or text notification at check-in. This is under review until there is a launch of the Covid Pass system in Northern Ireland.
Coming from outside the UK?
International ticket holders will be required to provide evidence of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test, by reporting the result here and presenting your NHS email or text notification at check-in.
You will also need to need to follow any Government quarantine restrictions in place AWAY from the Showgrounds.
We recommend that you screenshot or download a copy of your NHS COVID PASS prior to arrival so that you have it ready to show at check-in. Alternatively, you can also show a printed copy.
If you do not have access to a smartphone or computer, then you can call 119 to request a letter to demonstrate your vaccination status or online here. Please note that the letter can take up to 5 working days to reach you. This letter will be sent to the address registered with your GP.
If you cannot access your NHS COVID PASS or if you do not receive a vaccination status letter in time you will need to provide evidence of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test, by reporting the result here and presenting your NHS email or text notification at check-in.
Once you have provided proof of an NHS COVID PASS, you will then be issued with your wristband. Once you have received your wristband you are free to come and go from the Showgrounds for the duration of your stay.
Testing
For those providing a Negative Lateral Flow Test, this needs to be done within 36 hours of arriving on the Showgrounds site.
- Tests can be ordered online here, or you pick them up at a local pharmacy, currently FREE of charge.
- Once you have taken the test, wait for the result and then submit it to the NHS website here.
- You will receive a confirmation email or text from the NHS with your result within 30 minutes.
- Please present your NHS email or text confirmation on arrival at the check-in area (This will be marked out on a site map in due course.)
Once you have provided proof of a negative test at check-in, you will then be issued with your wristband. Once you have received your wristband you are free to come and go from the Showgrounds for the duration of your stay. You will not be required to take another test if you are leaving and are returning to the site each day.
Can I get tested on-site?
No. There will be no testing on site. Please do your Lateral Flow Test at home before you arrive. We also recommend where possible for all attendees to take a Lateral Flow Test at home before arriving at the Showgrounds.
No access will be granted unless an NHS COVID PASS OR Negative Lateral Flow Test OR proof of Natural Immunity has been shown at check-in.
Additional Measures
To also help keep the AGM as safe as possible, we will be implementing these further measures.
- Increased ventilation across the whole venue
- Regular check-ins with all staff to make sure they are well and not displaying symptoms
- Hand sanitizing stations throughout the site and backstage areas for all public and staff
- Regular cleaning of toilets, bars, barrier, work services, sides, and merch area
- Track & Trace available on site
- Disposable face masks available on site
- Encourage card payments over cash
- Use of single-use cups, plates, and cutlery only
- Regular waste disposal and cleaning
- Encouraged use of hand sanitizer across the weekend
As we move into step four of the roadmap, we recognize and understand that for many, this could all be a bit overwhelming. This is why we will have a breakout area where you can go if things become a bit too much, this will be marked out on the site map in due course.
Refund Policy If Tested Positive with Covid
If within 36 hours before arriving at the AGM you test positive for Covid-19 having used an NHS Approved Lateral Flow test, we will issue you with a refund to the face value of your ticket. Refunds can be obtained by emailing [email protected]
In the email, we will need the following to approve a refund:
1 – Photo evidence of you holding the positive test next to your face clearly showing the serial number on the test kit.
2 – A copy of the email or text you received from the NHS covid app confirming you are Covid 19 positive. This must show the Lateral Flow test serial number that matches your photo.
3 – Your order number that came with your E-Ticket
4 – Scanned copy of Photo I.D in the form of a driver’s license or passport.
Once we have verified the above, we will email you to confirm that your ticket is being refunded and that you should expect to see funds back into your account soon.
As things continue to develop, our Covid Policy is subject to change, and we will keep you updated should any changes occur.
Again, we would like to thank you for your continued support, and we cannot wait to finally see you in September!
