Let’s face it, the world could always do with more kindness, right? Step up American metalcore heavyweights, I PREVAIL who when recently playing Inkcarceration Festival, fulfilled a fan wish for a young woman named Kailey, who was diagnosed with Stage 3 melanoma when she was just 23 years old.
As documented by Inkcarceration Festival in the video below, Kailey was diagnosed with Stage 3 Melanoma at 23yrs old and has endured multiple rounds of radiation and surgeries when the cancer spread internally.
Prior to her diagnosis, she learned sign language to assist veterans who lost their hearing. Through the Living the Dream Foundation’s #DreamDay initiative, she had the opportunity to be the sign language interpreter for I Prevail at Inkcarceration Festival.
