If this speaks to you, speak to Mind: Mental Health Awareness Week 2022

We all experience and talk about mental health differently. But we aren’t always listened to. And we aren’t always represented.
We’re determined to change that. We’re here to fight for mental health. For support. For respect. For you.

1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem each year. But many of us don’t know where to reach out for support. Or how to share what we’re going through.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, Mind are using spoken word to show the different ways people talk about their experiences.

Mind want these stories to change the way we think and speak about mental health problems. To encourage you to reach out for support, whatever your experience of mental health.

Share these stories. Be the reason someone reaches out for support.

We all need support on our mental health journey.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, you can help make that possible. Download Mind’s Mental Health Awareness Week materials and let your friends and family know: “If this speaks to you, speak to Mind.”

Please share using #MHAW #SpeakToMind
