Event Details
Is The Event Indoors Or Outdoors?
Indoors. But we will also have food vendors available outside.
Is This A Camping Event?
No. You will need to book accommodation or travel to and from the event.
Is There An Age Restriction?
Yes. As per the regulations of the venue, the event is 14+. Under 14’s are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult, and strictly no under 8’s.
Is There Parking Available?
Yes, on Dudley Road Car Park, Church Lane Car Park and On-Street Parking near the venue.
What Is The Capacity of KK’s Steel Mill?
KK’s Steel Mill has a total capacity of up to 2000 people.
How Many Stages Will There Be?
Following feedback from 2023, there will be one stage which will be in the main room.
What’s Happening On Friday Night?
To get the weekend started, Friday night will be a full gig with 3/4 bands in the main room.
What’s Happening On Saturday?
Saturday is the main day! We will be hosting 7 live bands, alongside DJ sets as well as having stallholders, competitions and more.
Event Timings
We will announce the actual timings closer to the event, but Friday will be an approx 6:00 / 7:00pm start with an 11:00pm curfew and Saturday will be an approx 3:00 / 4:00pm start with the headline band finishing around 10:30pm with DJ sets then going late for the aftershow.

I Bought Tickets To See Creeper, Can I Get A Refund?
We recognize those who purchased tickets for the Primordial General Mayhem specifically due to Creeper headlining. In light of this, we are offering face value refunds for those who purchased tickets from the Creeper announcement on the 30th of November 2023. If you bought a ticket from this date until Monday 18th December and wish to arrange a refund, please contact SeeTickets or Ticketweb to facilitate the process.
Are There Day Tickets Available?
Yep! Day tickets are on sale now.
My 10% Discount Wasn’t Applied At Checkout?
Your discount is already accounted for as part of the ticket price when buying through Primordialradio.com. You need to be signed in to access the discounted ticket.
I’m A Primordial Shareholder, How Do I Get My 15% Discount Code?

Will Passouts Be Available?
Yes. Your wristband will act as a pass-out so you can leave and return to the venue across the weekend.
Accessibility
Level Access is provided but KKs welcomes as many disabled people as they can and offer free Essential Companion tickets to enable those that are able to access the venue. Access Cards offer automatic entitlement to the free companion ticket.

Food & Drink
What Food Vendors Do You Have?
We’re delighted to welcome back some of our favourite vendors back to the PGM. KK’s will also be running their own food stall at the bar within the venue.
Firehouse Kebab – Grill & Pizza (Burgers, Kebabs, Pizzas etc)
Offering an array of kebabs, grills, and pizzas, the aromatic flavours and spices are enough to get your taste buds dancing with joy! At Firehouse Kebab – Grill & Pizza, you can indulge in some mouth-watering dishes that will leave you craving for more.
Additionally, the Firehouse team will operate a separate dedicated Indian food vendor offering gluten-free and vegan options.
What Drinks Will Be Available?
KK’s Steel Mill has a wide range of drinks available with 3 fully stocked bars in use, we’ll also be working with Tom’s Tap & Brewhouse again to have Primordial Süp on tap.
Misc
Are Pets Allowed?
No pets are allowed, except for guide dogs.
